MAWH 2026 invites the submission of original research and case reports for presentation as e-Posters during the congress.

Submission Period: 1st January 2026 till 6th March 2026
Notification of Acceptance: 20th March 2026

The top three e-Poster and oral presentations will be awarded prizes.

Abstracts must be submitted via the official MAWH 2026 website:

Submission Guidelines

Submissions must represent original, unpublished work.
The first-listed author must be the submitting author; multiple submissions per author are permitted.

Abstracts must be written in English, prepared in Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, font size 12, and limited to 300 words.

Abstract structure:

• Research: Aim , Materials and Methods , Results , Conclusion , Clinical Significance.
• Case Reports: Introduction , Case Presentation , Discussion & Conclusion.

Conference registration is required prior to submission and upon acceptance.

E-Poster Presentations
All accepted e-Poster abstracts will be displayed on-screen by the Organising Committee.

Further details regarding the official e-poster template and presentation schedules will be communicated closer to the congress date.

Oral Presentations
Abstracts shortlisted for oral presentation will be allocated 5 minutes for presentation, followed by 2 minutes for questions and answers (Q&A).

There is no fixed slide format for oral presentations; presenters are encouraged to design their slides creatively.

Further details regarding presentation slots and schedules will be communicated closer to the congress date.

Publication
Accepted abstracts will be published in the supplementary issue of the Medicine & Health Journal UKM following the congress. Authors who do not consent to publication should notify the Organising Committee.

Conference registration is required upon abstract submission and acceptance.

Only the top five case presentations and top five research abstract (including both obstetrics and gynaecology) will be selected for oral poster judging.

The mode presentation (oral or e-poster) is subject to the Scientific Committee’s decision.
